The location is magnificent and not far from town centre, the Normandy from Portsmouth to Caen and a better establishment for what in the end cost nearly £250. It has extremely pleasant and well-appointed rooms and a clean pool.

Lovely room overlooking the garden. Location close to Cognac which is just great, especially the old town. Food was outstanding!! But beware the fixed price dinner if you haven't got an appetite!!! It's just fabulous and consists of many courses!
€19 per head for breakfast was a little extortionate.

Visited cognac
Very good location, attractive grounds with the terrace overlooking the river. The hotel is beautifully decorated and has a very comfortable feel about it. The bedroom we had was most charming, but rather warm at night. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cognac.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The staff were so obliging, and we received a warm welcome upon arrival. The hotel facilities were immaculate, with the spa, steam room, and sauna being delightful. The hotel's location is a great place for relaxation, and it was easy to find transportation to the centre of Cognac from here. We loved the breakfast, and the hotel offered an extensive range of Cognacs that we enjoyed with the sommelier.
Nothing it was perfect.

A completely comfortable and relaxing break with a lovely room overlooking the river
For hotel of this type, wi-fi free should be in every room and breakfast too expensive

The suite here comes at a good price, and it's got all the essentials like a safe, air conditioning, and a stocked minibar for your convenience. 🛡️ Plus, the service is top-notch, making your stay even better.

the hotel was quiet and restful
the reception was very cold and unfriendly. Also the hotel was much too far out of town. It was advertised as 2.5klms from town. However ," Beware Tourists" . the distance was 2.5klms from the edge of town ..., the centre being much further away than that..and there was no tea and coffee available in the bedroom which is not good enough for a 4 stars hotel.
